Reishi works to help sleep

This is the first time I tried Reishi. I waited a couple of weeks to see if it helped. This really works! It helps me drift off to sleep and when I wake up in the night, I can go back to sleep. I researched different mushroom companies and found that Vesper is the real deal, having a real storefront and using mushrooms grown in the U.S.A. Thank you Vesper!
