This is the first time I tried Reishi. I waited a couple of weeks to see if it helped. This really works! It helps me drift off to sleep and when I wake up in the night, I can go back to sleep. This product is extremely refreshing without any sugar aftertaste. There us a slight anise (licorice) taste but other than that, which I enjoy, no other flavors at all. I will definitely purchase again.

They are so easy to take! I have stage 4 breastcc cancer and have read up on so many studies regarding the use of mushrooms and all of their benefits. Turkey tail is known to stimulate the immune system response to fight illness and disease, and I fully believe that it is helping me body to fight cancer along with my chemotherapy. I have been taking them since early May 2024 and my cancer is now asleep as of July 2024. I don’t know for sure if the mushrooms played a part, but I fully believe they help to keep me feeling better than I would without taking them. Will continue to use!!!
